The MHCSD Board of Directors has created a number of committees to explore topics of interest to the Board. These independent committees meet periodically to develop and make recommendations for the full Board consideration. Generally, the committees are made up of 2 Board Members and three volunteer members chosen from Mountain House residents.
Public Safey Committee
Dan Harrison, Chairperson
The Public Safety Committee's purpose is to enhance safety in Mountain House. We research and propose solutions to public safety concerns to the Board of Directors.
Youth Action Committee
Bernice Tingle, Chairperson
The Youth Action committee is unique in that it's members are composed primarily of Mountain House teens that are elected by their peers. The committee encourages participation from all youth who attend the committee meetings. The committee meets once a month on the Tuesday prior to the MHCSD Board of Directors meeting (held on the second Wednesday of each month).
