The Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD) sends out a Community Survey to randomly selected residents every year to help understand and assist MHCSD better serve you the community. This survey is important for you as a resident because it’s your opportunity to help us shape the future of Mountain House.
Please take a few minutes to complete the online survey. As an option, you can print a copy of the survey and return it to the MHCSD office. Your participation in this survey is very important! Your feedback will help guide MHCSD in making decisions that can improve the quality of life for our Community.
A few things to remember as you complete the survey:
- Your response will remain anonymous and will be reported only in group form.
- A head of household or someone with knowledge of the community should complete this survey.
- Please complete the survey by March 31, 2017.
Mountain House Community Services District is a special district (non-profit, public agency) created by California law with the following 18 legal powers for which it is responsible:

The MHCSD has no legal jurisdiction over issues outside of the above 18 powers, such as land use planning, building and development, or economic development.
The survey will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Every question is important. The time you invest will help establish budget priorities, improve customer service, and provide overall guidance for the MHCSD to better serve you and the growing community.
